Isabel "Izzy" DeStefano, Client Service Associate, joined the Lynch McPeek of Clarity Wealth team in July 2026. Before coming to Clarity Wealth, she gained hands-on wealth management experience as an intern at a private wealth management firm in Lake Forest and at UBS downtown, and most recently served as a Trader Service Specialist at Charles Schwab. In her role as Client Service Associate, Izzy draws on that financial services background to help clients navigate their accounts and get clear, timely answers. She assists the team on a day-to-day basis by helping to open accounts, file paperwork, transfer funds, and more.

Izzy earned her bachelor's degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Lake Forest College, where she played on the soccer team and was named All-American her senior year. She studied abroad in London and has visited twelve countries. Originally from Creve Coeur, Missouri, she now calls Chicago home. In her free time, Izzy enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
