Joe Seymour has spent more than two decades helping families and business owners in the Pittsburgh region build, preserve, and transfer wealth. Joe's path to financial services is not the typical one. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, then pursued an MBA from the University of Chicago, one of the most rigorous business programs in the country. Before transitioning to finance, Joe spent seven years in sales and business development at PPG Industries. That experience gave him a direct understanding of the complexity that business owners and executives face: managing variable income, preserving a company's value, and planning a future that doesn't depend on any single outcome.

In 2002, Joe joined A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. He has been recognized as a Wells Fargo Advisors Platinum Council Member1 for the years 2011-2015 and 2018-2026. In 2019, Joe partnered with Michael Gielarowski, Managing Director-Wealth Advisor, and in 2026 formed Seymour Gielarowski of Clarity Wealth, a multigenerational planning practice built on the belief that great wealth management is a team endeavor. Their approach is not just about managing portfolios. It is about building the structure, clarity, and confidence families need to live the life they have worked for.

In addition to his advisory work, Joe served in branch management for 10 years, providing leadership, operational oversight, and strategic guidance to advisory teams.

Joe and his wife Pam live in Murrysville, Pennsylvania, where they raised five children. A Pennsylvania native, Joe finds his reset in the Laurel Highlands, skiing in the winter and overlanding in the summer with his Jeep. He enjoys flyfishing in the spring and fall and plays pickleball year-round. Joe has also served on the boards of the Franklin Regional School District and the Soldiers and Sailors National Military Museum and Memorial.
