Michael joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016 after a seven-year career in banking, where he developed a strong foundation in wealth services and client relationship management. In 2019, he partnered with Joe Seymour, Managing Director-Wealth Advisor, and in 2026 formed Seymour Gielarowski of Clarity Wealth. Their team is built around multigenerational planning; not just growing wealth but preparing the entire family to steward it well.

Michael is especially passionate about educating the next generation, equipping adult children and young families with the financial knowledge and structure they need to build lasting confidence with their wealth. He coordinates closely with clients' CPAs, attorneys, and other financial professionals to help ensure every part of the investment plan works together seamlessly.
A Pittsburgh native, Michael completed his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh after beginning his collegiate career as a student athlete at Marshall University. He and his wife Lauren recently settled in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania, where they have embraced the community. A competitive golfer and member at Longue Vue Club, Michael finds the game a fitting complement to the precision and patience his work demands.
